Confirmation: Appointment requests made online or by phone will be confirmed by a representative of Balrothery Physiotherapy Clinic. An appointment is not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation via email, phone, or SMS.

3. Appointment Changes and Cancellations

• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations: We request a minimum notice period of 24 hours if you need to cancel your appointment. Cancellations made within this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No-Shows: Failure to show up without prior cancellation will be considered a "No-Show" and may result in a no-show fee to the full value of treatment.

4. Fees and Payments

• Consultation Fees: Fees for consultations and treatments will be communicated at the time of booking.
• Insurance: If using insurance, please ensure coverage is active and inform us of any changes.

5. Patient Responsibilities

• Arriving on Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
• Providing Health Information: Disclose any relevant medical conditions or treatments.
• Following Instructions: Follow any instructions provided by our staff or physiotherapist.

7. Modifications and Termination

Balrothery Physiotherapy Clinic reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or terminate appointments for reasons like emergencies or inclement weather. We will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternatives.

Balrothery Physiotherapy Clinic shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damages arising from or related to the use of our services, except as required by law.
