By booking an appointment through our website, phone, or in person, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Use. Please read these terms carefully, as they govern your rights and responsibilities regarding appointment scheduling, rescheduling, cancellation, and related policies.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling an appointment with Balrothery Physiotherapy Clinic, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use.
2. Appointment Scheduling
Eligibility: To book an appointment, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.
Providing Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when booking an appointment, including your name, contact details, and any relevant health information.
Confirmation: Appointment requests made online or by phone will be confirmed by a representative of Balrothery Physiotherapy Clinic. An appointment is not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation via email, phone, or SMS.
3. Appointment Changes and Cancellations
- Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations: We request a minimum notice period of 24 hours if you need to cancel your appointment. Cancellations made within this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- No-Shows: Failure to show up without prior cancellation will be considered a "No-Show" and may result in a no-show fee to the full value of treatment.
4. Fees and Payments
- Consultation Fees: Fees for consultations and treatments will be communicated at the time of booking.
- Insurance: If using insurance, please ensure coverage is active and inform us of any changes.
5. Patient Responsibilities
- Arriving on Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
- Providing Health Information: Disclose any relevant medical conditions or treatments.
- Following Instructions: Follow any instructions provided by our staff or physiotherapist.
6. Personal Health Information
By booking an appointment, you agree to the collection and use of your personal health information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Your information will be kept confidential in compliance with GDPR and the DPA act 2018.
7. Modifications and Termination
Balrothery Physiotherapy Clinic reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or terminate appointments for reasons like emergencies or inclement weather. We will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternatives.
8. Limitation of Liability
Balrothery Physiotherapy Clinic shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damages arising from or related to the use of our services, except as required by law.
